Coastal estate launched with cash incentives

House-and-land packages on a new subdivision beside Budgewoi Lake at San Remo on the Central Coast of NSW are priced to sell for as little as $330,000. Home sites at this subdivision are selling from $175,000.

Many of the new home sites present lake views and all offer bushland views and ready access to a lakeside reserve.

It is five minutes easy drive to the ocean beach at Budgewoi and five minutes to the freeway leading to Sydney and Newcastle. It is about 15 minutes drive to Wyong railway station and Westfield shopping center at Tuggerah.
