Six designs for new house and land packages

Lucas Property Group has announced six new designs for house-and-land packages on its subdivision beside Budgewoi Lake at San Remo on the Central Coast of NSW.

Westminster Homes has designed the new homes and will be building them.

The packages are priced from $298,500. Home sites at this subdivision are selling from $163,000.

Many of the new home sites present lake views and all offer bushland views and ready access to a lakeside reserve.

Lucas released the 60 home sites along Highview Avenue at San Remo in March.

New four-bedroom homes of the subdivision are priced from $323,000 and early buyers are to receive $10,000 cash back. No deposit is required from approved buyers. First-home buyers are also eligible for a government grant of $7,000 and exemption from stamp duty.

Highview Estate is a subdivision of elevated, level sites ranging from 557 to 1114 square metres.

Four-bedroom house-and-land packages include: turf in front and rear yards, paved driveway and path, lapped and capped fencing, insulation, carpets and tiles. 

The subdivision includes a new bitumen road, concrete footpath, underground electricity, water, sewer, gas and telephone.

It is a short walk to a pre-school, a primary school, a high school, an extreme sports park and the lake, a popular fishing spot.

San Remo is beside Charm Haven and five minutes drive along the Pacific Highway to Lake Haven shopping center. It is five minutes easy drive to the ocean beach at Budgewoi and five minutes to the freeway leading to Sydney and Newcastle. It is about 15 minutes drive to Wyong railway station and Westfield shopping center at Tuggerah.
